monica trepany
With over 25 years of experience dealing in both commercial and residential properties, Monica possesses a unique level of expertise. She has been ranked in the top 1% of the industry since the beginning of her career. Monica is truly an industry pioneer, revitalizing areas such as Downtown LA and Playa Vista. Before founding Playa Realty, Monica was a top producer for firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Coldwell Banker. She is an activist for women in real estate and is involved in a number of community service organizations. Monica’s proudest accomplishment is being the mother of two children.
johan carpenter
Johan is the head of in-house creative. He implements a worldly approach to creative design and strategy with his diverse education and bicultural upbringing in the USA and Japan. Thanks to Johan’s unique perspectives, Playa Realty is able to provide personal care and attention to each client by ensuring quality control over all of our creative outlets. He is active in the LA music scene. He loves weekend brunches, and to quote Johan, “every hour is happy hour.”
greg bennett
Greg is majoring in Sociology and minoring in Classics and Archaeology at Loyola Marymount University. He also holds the position of President of the LMU Ice Hockey team and is an active player as well. Greg is our Community Outreach and Media Marketing personnel who loves to get to know people. You can catch him on the ice as #54 and #1 in your hearts off the ice.
